Catalogue of periodicals of Suweco contains records of over 19 000 titles which are being ordered the most commonly. Order of any quantity can be fulfilled during whole year.

Price calculations, orders, renewals of subscription for the following year on-line titles activations, orders and delivery states overviews, claims states – all these and even more represent the variety of the services of our Customer service department. We offer traditional and eletronic communication.

Orders of periodicals are definite for 12 months. The demands for changes in order or their cancellations can be presented to the publishers only in significant cases. Invoice ways, discounts options and delivery ways can be found in our Business terms.

Orders

Please always state the following orders when placing order:

• Order identification
  - order number / date of order ¹⁾
• Subscriber details
  - Company name, address
  - VAT number (if available)
  - bank account, SWIFT, IBAN (if available) or bank account number
• Subject
  - Title name
  - name and address of publisher ²⁾
  - number of copies ³⁾
• Shipping address
  - delivery address ⁴⁾

¹⁾ only if you need to state this information on the invoice
²⁾ not necessary if you have selected an item from periodicals catalogue of SUWECO
³⁾ please do not mistake number of copies with periodicity
⁴⁾ if different from subscriber's address

Orders of electronical titles

The same needful information as above must be stated when placing order of electronic publications. Because each publisher has different way of providing access information (password) to electronic books, all orders will be dealt with individually. Information about on-line publications can be found on a separate page of our web sites.
