Easily, quickly and with all advantages for you:

Our basic database contains over two millions of book records. Order of any size can be fulfilled during whole year.

Price calculations, orders, delivery and orders states and overviews,    claims states – all these and even more represent the variety of the services of our Customer service department. We offer traditional and eletronic communication.

Orders

Please always state the following datas when placing order:

• Order identification:
  - order number / date of order ¹⁾
• Subscriber details:
  - Company name, address
  - VAT number (if available)
  - SWIFT, IBAN (if available) or bank account number
• Subject:
  - Title name
  - name and address of publisher ²⁾
  - number of copies ³⁾
• Delivery address:
  - delivery address ⁴⁾

¹⁾ only if you need to state this information on the invoice
²⁾ not necessary if you have selected an item from periodicals catalogue of SUWECO
³⁾ please do not mistake number of copies with periodicity
⁴⁾ if different from subscriber address

Orders of electronical titles

The same needful information as above must be stated when placing order of electronic publications. Because each publisher has different way of providing access information (password) to electronic books, all orders will be dealt with individually. Information about on-line publications can be found on a separate page of our web sites.

Book fairs and exhibitions

Library which organises an exhibition of particular publisher or topic in own premises, can get 20 % price reduction of the displayed publications. Such exhibitions are regularly held by the State technical library in Prague.

Express deliveries

Our Customer service provides also the express delivery of book titles with use of service of express couriers (DHL). The express delivery term is usually not longer than 1 week from receipt of the order.
